Controller, purpose and legal basis
Tree d.o.o., Pavleka Miškine 11, 43000 Bjelovar, Croatia, tax ID 08972619701, processes your name, contact details, company information and message to answer the enquiry, prepare a quotation and take steps at your request before a possible contract. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps and, for general business enquiries, the legitimate interest in orderly communication.
Required fields are marked with an asterisk; without them we cannot answer. Contact tree@tree.hr for privacy questions. Do not include special-category data or confidential documents in the initial message.
Retention, recipients and transfers
Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted or anonymised no later than 24 months after the last communication. Quotation or contract data is retained for applicable statutory periods. Access is limited to authorised staff and contracted hosting and email processors.
Data is not sold or used for automated decision-making. You may request information about processing locations, any transfers outside the EEA and the safeguards applied at tree@tree.hr.
Your rights and complaint
Where the conditions apply, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Send requests to tree@tree.hr; identity verification may be required to protect your data.
You may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency, Ulica Metela Ožegovića 16, 10000 Zagreb, azop@azop.hr.
